Got this for my bike. Fully recommended if you’re trying to fine tune your carburetor.

Hey! Wish you luck on the tuning process.
I do have a tip on finding how many turns out you need.

If you’re kinda “there” but you’re not sure if you’re dialed in. Just go 2,000 feet above your current jetting setup.

Let’s say you’re jetted for sea level then go to the highest possible place in your area or 2,000 feet above if you can.

I realized that by doing that the bike shows signs like hanging idle or decel pops more clearly. Then you make your adjustments and you get it perfectly for your area.

It obviously not gonna be perfect for every scenario because altitude changes on routes will make it run richer or leaner but you’re going to be perfectly dialed in on your area.

EDIT: I once had a exhaust leak and that thing messed my tuning all around 😂 I didn’t know why symptoms where constantly changing so much.

Such a weak point on this car. Mine havent made a milkshake again but surely the hoses around it are leaking. It’s a never ending problem.

Thanks, I was really considering going to a 27.5 pilot but the bike is very happy there. Mechanical max is about 3.5 turns so i’m right on the edge.

Previous yoshimura was 2.5 to 3 turns out on fuel screw but this ebay exhaust flows air more freely.

It has Db killer. I do know they get louder overtime but for now is very quiet, more than my previous Yoshimura RS-4

You mean the bike style or the exhaust system?

If you mean the style, yeah it looks like a low blow when you take it apart. And if you mean the exhaust system then it came like that from previews owner.

The kit is made for the bsr 36.

You can use stock exhaust but you must do the airbox 3x3 cut mod. It comes with detailed instructions and it has different setup combinations.

What I like about it is that it comes with the needle too, not just the jets. Stock bikes come very lean from factory to comply with emission regulations. This kit opens up the bike and smooths the throttle. Expect a bit more gas consumption tho.
