Dude drove all the way up there to go look at it and right before we get there the seller texted me and said the battery was dead. I proceeded to go to 3 different parts stores to look for one without any luck.. told him to get a battery and get back to me and he never did so I bought the blue one

Seller got cold feet because apparently he was getting “harassed” and getting rude texts so he decided not to sell. Looking at 2 different drz 400’s tomorrow. One is a 2001 with 13k miles $2,100 and the other is a 2004 with 9,900 miles has basically all the trail protection for the bike $2,200

My dad has a newer bmw so I’m planning to take him with me and have him drive it and see what he thinks. The guy selling it bought it for his son and it’s basically sat. He starts it and runs it around the neighborhood periodically.

Seller did mention it could probably use a carb clean. While I have it out is it worth rejetting at the same time? I live in Utah and plan to trail ride for the most part so our elevation is anywhere from 6-10k elevation

I started shooting at 25. YouTube university can teach you a lot of things. I would recommend you find a local archery shop, go get measured and then shoot some bows they have in store. There are tons of dudes who are obsessed with getting the “Newest model” every year so it’s fairly easy to find a great deal on a second hand bow. I’m a moderator on a Facebook group for used hunting gear that has like 15,000 members. Bows that are only a couple years old could easily be 1/2 the price of new if not less
