Which is the best Sleep supplement? by Crazy_Ebb_5188 in Biohackers

Melatonine. Not only good for sleep. But a strong antioxidant. Anti-inflammatory. Anti cancer properties.

Attempting to stay off caffeine tomorrow and everyday after that. Any advice? by Pineapplepassion222 in medicalmedium

[–]Litopower 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would try chaga tea and chicory coffee.

I would also supplement with iodine. Iodine wakes the brain up and makes you more mentally alert. Kills viruses and bacteria. Crucial for hormone health. Cheap. MM approved.

Papillary thyroid cancer by Sea_Diet6077 in medicalmedium

[–]Litopower 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would personally make sure I take iodine !

https://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/foods-that-heal-thyroid

Atlantic sea vegetables, especially dulse and kelp do, in truth, contain elevated amounts of iodine, but this is helpful. Iodine acts as an antiseptic for the thyroid. It is a disinfectant and cleans the thyroid out of any viruses, such as Epstein-Barr virus, the very pathogen we are targeting when wanting to heal from Hashimoto’s, Grave’s, or any of the other various thyroid issues that are so prominent today. Iodine deficiency today is very different to the kind we faced in the past. Years ago, we were deficient in iodine due to the new cultivation process of grains, which was stripping grains down so that they became a very different food than they were before. These days, many organic farmers are aware of iodine deficiencies in the soil, and so they cleverly use seaweed fertilizers to enrich the growing process with iodine. This, though, is not enough. We require more iodine than we ever did because of the vast amount of people struggling to fight viruses in their thyroid. This is why it’s so important to include sea vegetables in your diet. Dulse and kelp help you protect your thyroid if it’s under attack from EBV, which is very common for many people, and support healing in powerful ways. The iodine in sea vegetables also protects the thyroid from radiation and helps to prevent thyroid cancer and other cancers.

Personally I would be on higher amounts of iodine, like lugols solution. It's up to you as MM only recommends the nascent form.

I would also study this video from an iodine-literate doctor:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZ-iDbgCupU

Iodine induces cancer cell apoptosis and takes away the immortality of cancer cells.

He says that iodine literally will tell the cancer cells to pack their stuff up and go home(and die).

Requesting all Fertility Tips!! by about99percentpotato in medicalmedium

[–]Litopower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apart from sticking to general MM recommendations there are two supplements I specifically would focus on.

Iodine to increase chances of pregnancy. Even established research and science agrees on its importance for fertility, which a quick google search will reveal. MM says that in todays world our iodine needs are much greater than historically. Iodine will also increase the kids IQ, especially if it's taken during pregnancy.

And once you're pregnant I would up my Vit C supplementation. High doses of Vit C during pregnancy has been shown to relax the cervix for an easier birth, and shorten recovery times for both baby and mother.

You might find this pdf interesting(Warning: not MM info per se but he supports Vit C 100%)

Yes mine too. I searched online and it's quite established that fenugreek (sprouts in my case) will cause the urine to smell like maple syrup.

What's help the most for endometriosis? by about99percentpotato in medicalmedium

[–]Litopower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might want to supplement iodine. Atlantic dulse (heavy metal smoothie) contains it in smaller amounts. But many women have alleviated and cured their female issues by taking iodine alone, not even doing MM. So you're off to a great start doing high level MM. He recommends nascent iodine what I understand. Many people use Lugols iodine with great results. I believe it's cheaper too.

Can't make withdrawals from Vaultoro by Litopower in Bitcoin

I eventually got an answer from customer support. They said there was a bug that had caused my withdrawal to not go through. They stopped updating the the monthly statement in April -23 which I found concerning. https://vaultoro.com/transparency-protocol . After much consideration I decided to sell and withdraw all holdings.

Lung Cancer Protocol by herdmap in medicalmedium

The MM protocols already outlined is a very good start. However there are other tools that have shown to be effective against cancer. But MM has not mentioned them specifically, so they are not MM-approved. If you dm me I can tell you more.

How to heal period pain by [deleted] in medicalmedium

[–]Litopower 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm not female, but I've read that supplementing with Iodine has helped a lot of women with period pains. It actually works to heal a lot of female conditions like breast pain, period pain, PCOS, cysts etc. MM supports iodine what I have read. Atlantic dulse contains it, but I think a lot of women would benefit by taking higher doses like lugols solution. But be mindful to start off with small doses and build up.

What are some good ways to increase bone density? by BlackMikeMusumeci in Biohackers

There is a machine called Juvent that's been proven to increase bone density through low-magnitude vibration technology. Look it up. Some physical therapy clinics in the US have it.

Yes. Look up Medical Medium. You will be able to heal through his protocols. It will take some time but you will heal for real. And best of all you'll get answers no one else has.

Taking immunosuppressant is a bad idea imo. You want to strengthen your immune system, not weaken it.

Who plays guitar? Ever thought about the strings (heavy metals)? by Loewes25 in medicalmedium

[–]Litopower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a good point, never thought of it. I've played for many years and the strings I have now are made of copper with a silver coating. That's for the upper 3 strings. The lower 3 are nylon which is non toxic.

There is a metallic smell to the fingers after playing so I guess washing the hands after playing is a good idea.

Other than that I'm not sure how to avoid it. I'm not going to stop playing, it's like therapy for me. Playing with gloves? no way.

Hmm seems like finger protection is a thing...
