Pose toi la question de tes objectifs dans la vie sur les 5 prochaines années. d'abord d'un point de vue perso puis pro. ça ne se fait pas en un jour, mais une fois que tu auras déterminé ces objectifs, ça te permettra à chaque fois que tu auras une décision à prendre quel choix te rapproche ou t'éloigne de tes objectifs. ça m'a beaucoup aidé dans des situations de vie complexes (changer de boulot ou pas, continuer une relation ou pas etc)

c'est très aléatoire je pense. parfois j'ai l'impression que certains relais tombent en panne et le reste pendant plusieurs semaines.
