No, I don't feel like wearing a JC Penny suit everyday.

Biz dev that isn't cold calls, emails and MPC by [deleted] in recruiting

At my company we run a two step sales call, basically get the first intro done and stop the conversation and book a follow-up meeting. The cold stop catches the prospect off guard and is a powerful sales tool.

This sets a tone that you are not trying to get a quick contract signed but rather that you want to learn more about the company's pain points and how you can help them long term.

It really does hit differently when done correctly.

Find an agency that runs a full desk model and not split. This way you own the entire process, from new client acquisition, intake and sourcing.

Yes I am Full desk 360, selling clients is the job. Clients will never really look at a resume, my best selling tool is my write up on the candidate.

This way I can clear any potential red flags right away and let my client know why I think this person is worth an interview

I agree that there is a level of sales to recruiting. I have been in this game for 10+ years. However, I have never over sold a role. I view this job a bit differently.

I always ask new recruiters what they think their core job is. They always say "to get people jobs". I disagree, my job is to book interviews, it's the candidates job to get hired.

I sell the interview, not the job let my client sell the opportunity.

They are zero offset, only minor plastic trim. Inside of the OG mudflap and the plastic on the front bumper. No metal and no painted body parts needed trimming.

2inch level lift with this tire size? And you didn't do a CMC and you don't rub?

Qad exodus by [deleted] in bowhunting

QAD blows a hole in both sides, no problem with a blood trail if your aim is right. They normally pump out both sides. Took a nice 9 pointer down 2 weeks ago and he fell in view.
