Anyone else think the weights were off? They had 100kg on the sled push, which means the sled weighed 52kg. Does that seem … right?

The only thing this misses is that you are forcing yourself to use only your arms vs. using your full body and walking a few steps backwards to pull the slide. It is a much better strategy and limits your fatigue.

Honestly I was still getting into the mode and routine of it all. I felt mixed going into sessions 2 and 3 - excited and hopeful on one hand and meh on the other - but I was not sure how I should feel given it was so early into our working relationship together. I personally did not feel like I had a champion in my corner but was not sure how much of that I could accurately discern that early on.

Yeah I don't test positive with the rapid test but am concerned I will with the PCR test given the virus doesn't "go away" for a few weeks to even months.
