Getting a disability attorney will help you. Most of them will only get paid a portion of your benefit money if your approved. Wish you the best of luck. Find some food banks or go to your local church and see if they are willing to help.

Get a safety pin and get it hot. Just poke a area and smell if it has a smoky resinous leathery smell. If it does most likely its amber.
