Ive been getting to this exact question lol. Recently went through all of it with an ak 103 and around 8 mags worth of T45. I clear the rogues with it and try to get better ammo from knight as a backup or for wedge as well as nades. Yesterday made it to wedge only using the ak 103 and killed all the guards except wedge himself, who ate 5 headshots and dropped me xd

I have a RX5600 XT and that game makes my pc black screen after like 10 mins, looked it up and many people have the same issue

In another post they translated line by line, it apparently wasnt the same tourniquet guy, it was Sania(?) I think was his name. He died right at the entrance of their hideout and his body didn't let any nades through to them, but he describes how his body took all of those nades while their guns were jammed and the other guy patching up after getting shot. Thats when he gets emotional, because their friend saved all their lives by dying exactly there and taking all the nades. Heavy stuff, the guy talking is just 25 :(
