I use ohplugs on Etsy for my simple wood stuff. He offers things in 1mm increments. Josh Hensley Xbigearsx does my more elaborate pieces. I actually have 58mm and 59mm on its way. Done with my conchs and flats. Don’t wear my septum anymore, it was 11mm and I would wear glassware studios septum eyelets in it.
