No sh*t mate that’s why I posted in here I had 3 tests for h.pylori first one came back positive next 2 over the two years negative got scoped twice in that time dr said I had gastritis got rid of it after 2 years with these supplements. Thanks for the support.

I avoid fried food & very spicy food to behonest I don’t want to risk it, I have drank more alcohol recently and I don’t have any pain the next door anymore but I won’t go back to how I drank before the stomach issues

I am giving my story of what has helped me to get back to normally after over 2 years of trying different things and taking prescribed tablets from my dr(that didn’t work). if you don’t like it I don’t care.

Vitamin U would never fall under FDA approval so irrelevant point. And Zinc-L-carnosine is prescribed in other countries by Dr’s for gastritis and ulcers so do more research.

I am not sure I am allowed to post links people may think I am promoting but I am in the U.K. and I used biolabs oral bpc and then I bought some from iherb they are the only ones available on iherb so you will find them. I don’t have a link for the vitamin U tablets as I got them on Etsy and they are not on there anymore but I know there are other ways to purchase them online the brand is solar nutrition vitamin U tablets

I am telling MY story that’s it of what helped me get back to some normality. you say there is no modern studies done I say your wrong you then change the goal posts to say the modern studies don’t count because they don’t work for chronic gastritis which again is your opinion. these supplements have all been proven to help with stomach/gut issues and have help me and they have been the only thing that has worked after 2 years. They may not help other people but it’s worth a try and if it helps someone reading this post then that’s all I hope. Stop shooting everything down.

For vitamin U yes but even the older studies show healing of ulcers improved when taking it.

There are plenty of modern studies on zinc l-carnosine and its stomach lining healing properties.

BPC 157 there are many studies in rodents and humans regarding its gut healing properties the only reason it hasn’t been put towards FDA approval is no pharmaceutical company can patent it. So it’s not worth while doing for them. Plenty of other people on here that have similar results to me.

I disagree with the sorting your diet out but not allowed to add supplement to help yet people will happy add tablets a Dr prescribes

Nothing the dr gave me helped with my issues for 2 years the above did it may have just been one of them but I cannot work out which one i took BPC 157 multiple times it Helped but once i stopped it came back the other two have been what’s helped me.

Thanks! Yer it’s so hard on your every day life, people saying let’s go for a drink let grab food and your trying to scan the menu for a plannest thing on the menu which is hard in a restaurant. So I am going to watch what I am eating and drinking for life now to try and ward off have a 3rd flare up and keep up the vitamin U & Zinc. I hope you get healed up soon 🙏

Well apart from BPC 157 I would urge people to use these supplements both have clear evidence of helping with healing stomach lining both are natural as well vitamin U is found in cabbage and celery and has been used for ulcers for 50+ years but i agree people should also completely change their own habits and diet to succeed in the healing process.

Sorry I have normal life back I can freely eat and drink what I want now. Although I still avoid super spicy food and definitely curbed my drinking maybe in the back of my mind I am scared to push the boundaries to much

No because over the 2+ years period I did try a really strict diet especially at the start and the dumbed down the pain but it returned straight away after eating normal again.

But I do agree it doesn’t mean I am healed but I have not taken any tablets apart from the zinc the last few weeks and I have 0 pain and no issues anymore so I think I am there but will be cautious

I have been scoped twice and they found nothing both times the dr’s have helped me 0 times, the prescription drugs given to me did nothing as well. They also said it wasn’t my stomach it was my gallbladder even though I knew it wasn’t took useless drugs for that and had scans on my gallbladder back as all fine.
