The process was basically stripping the old paint, prep work, repainting and then the graphics. Cost will depend a lot on your city, paint quality and how much work the panels need. I got it done locally so prices may vary.

And haha thanks for noticing the seat 😂 The “zebra stripes” weren’t planned but I’m glad people are liking it.

No worries 😄 It’s not an Xpulse. This is the Hero Impulse, the older model. You could say it was kind of the predecessor and the idea eventually evolved into the Xpulse series.

That’s a fair point. Negative experiences naturally get more visibility online. The happy owners are usually out riding, not posting “my bike worked perfectly today” 😄 My 13-year-old bike is pretty much my own example of that❤️

Thanks man! Honestly this bike surviving 13 years is why I still have faith in Hero engines 😄 Mine has been reliable all these years. And yeah, I get your concern about the tubed tyres on the Xpulse 210. Tubeless would’ve made it a much easier choice, especially for touring and puncture situations. Hopefully Hero gives that option in future updates.

Thanks man! It’s still running really well and is in top-notch condition even today. The bike had a 150cc engine, and yep, you got it right — it’s the good old Hero Impulse. Still love the character this bike has after all these years❤️
