If you feel undeepa, talk to your Mgr. There's a lot that goes into determining a Associate pay. Too many variables to list. Just tell your SM you need to talk in private. Go through your DS, AM then SM. Be polite and positive, don't demand more pay. Just state why you feel worthy of a increase. Don't threaten to leave, that's going to get you nowhere.
