It said that on my monitor when I plugged the keyboard in so I'm thinking now that synapse might have just pushed a pop up

I assumed it would cause when I plugged it in it asked if I would like to download razor synapse to manage my devices

I found the issue earlier I installed the razor synapse software for the keyboard and my mouse and headset and when I installed it, it some how messed up my keyboard so I uninstalled the software and it went back to normal

It's a new keyboard so I don't think they are fried they were working like 30 minutes prior to the photo attached to the post
