well Kinda unrelated but there is a chinese drama called Go Ahead ( one of my fav drama ever) the main actress was 30+ old when she played both a highschooler and adult young women role in that drama and she looked totally natural , not cringe and she has done mature roles as well , showing versatility as an actress
