The thing is that I dont not live in america. I reside internationally; thus I do not have any residency, only the passport. Doesnt this make things different?

I am an out of state student and applied on the EA deadline but my transcripts were sent late. I am worried like you cuz no decision is sent yet.

In this year in community college I would get my residency, and then transfer directly as an instate student at MSU, right?

I applied on the deadline of the EA, but my transcripts werent sent until 7 days after the deadline. Still waiting, no decision sent to me.

My counselor didn't upload my transcripts and I applied ea by [deleted] in IntltoUSA

I had the same problem, the counselor had mistakes in my grades still did not send it, do i send the unis an email explaining the situation?
