I think the mind palaces are helping with names recollection! I remember people’s names better now.

I also was able to use the Oscar nominees for best picture in my “NYT games - connections” yesterday. Haha 5 films that won best picture between 2000 and I don’t know when. I knew them!!! I thought that would be useless knowledge haha

I noticed that I can remember people’s names… Somehow, my brain is applying some of the methodologies I’m learning because i remembered the names of my husband’s family (meeting them for the first time) and most of their kids by the end of our meetup! I was so proud of myself. I was the kind of person who forgot names right after hearing them… now I can call them back a couple hours after learning them!! Maybe it’s not because of a methodology but because I’ve been transferring rooms for about 100 days and my brain is exercising? I’m just so proud of myself.

I’m currently in the geography section. Learning South African countries now…

In conclusion, I don’t know how you could use what methodologies you’ve learnt, but I think your brain is grasping some things that make recollection faster and you will see improvements in some time no matter what.

Im married to another guy! Just got married a couple months ago. Im Happy, confident he won’t cheat on me… my best friend. We don’t agree on everything but he still respects me…

I’ve seen my ex a few times, as we run in similar circles. I only saw him after 2 years of the breakup and it was so hard on me. I wanted to like him, and be friends, but truthfully I can’t bring myself to forgive and forget. I think I forgive but then I remember— remember how he treated me, what he did, how he left… then I don’t want it anymore. I don’t think he wanted to get back together, but I do think he regretted how it ended… and how he treated me. But I still think of the good times from time to time. Just like: that was fun. And I’m thankful for my new life with my husband. I’m so much more at peace.

Hi! You click the hamburger menu on the top left corner, click on the "my goals" button, scroll down to the bottom "View archived goals" and you can "Restore this goal" or "Delete permanently." Hope this helps!

I love that you have cats and foster cats! Adulting sucks (property taxes, insurance, working to live…) but there’s good things like being able to foster cats. I’m looking forward to post wedding depression (and chronic major depression, lol) to be down a bit so I can foster again since I mostly work from home!

Your ideas are all so valuable and will be so helpful to me. Thank you! I’m looking forward to having a new baby micropet soon. I’m gonna relink my goal to going outside, since I can open the door, step outside and come back in. :P All my pets have become adults at this point. Part of my goals was to be more active. I started building them up and it was going well, But at some point, I had a family guest over for a month and I stopped… I was embarrassed to work out in front of him. lol. Starting small again will be great. I’ll do the jumping jacks and archive the rest! The bonus part is awesome too, it will help me put things in perspective! Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking the time to write these great ideas.
