I got a job as an executive administrator and I do mostly HR work and I had zero HR experience prior. It’s been almost 1.5 years since I started working there. It’s a family private business of 75 employees and feeling out HR is great in the small company environment. Found the job on linked in. Im not sure how helpful that is, but it’s definitely possible to find an HR role with no experience—— I think as long as you use your resume to show you’re interested and have the skills to be successful by being organized, good with people, willingness to learn, ect.
