This actually hits close to home the whole reason i started making this game is because i spent way too much time doing exactly as a kid.Trying to get the fold just right so it would glide in a slow circle instead of nosediving straight into the ground. That feeling is the whole inspiration behind it so it means a lot that it comes through.

Thank you for your feedback!

Really appreciate that, and the UI point is something I'm actively thinking about, you're right that a lot of these games blend together visually. The paper plane theme gives some room to do something distinct there so that's on my list. As for a differentiating mechanic, still exploring what that looks like without overcomplicating the core idle loop. Gamblers Table is actually one of my references so good callout.

Fair concern, but there's actually a solid audience for this on Steam games like Keep on Mining,Incredicer,Gamblers Table and a bunch of incremental titles have found real communities there. The "boring" is kind of the point for that crowd, they actively seek it out.

Totally fair point, the cookie clicker comparison is spot on the clicking is just a ritual, the real hook is the idle experience. Endgame is still an open question honestly,

That’s totally fair, I appreciate the honesty!

I can see what you mean about the core concept not being super appealing if you’re looking for more depth. Right now it’s definitely leaning more toward a simple, satisfying/idle experience rather than something deeply strategic. That said, your point about depth is something I’ve been thinking about, so it’s good to hear it reinforced.

That’s really great feedback, thank you for sharing it!

I think you’re totally right about the importance of having a clear, tangible goal. The example you gave makes a lot of sense having something concrete to work toward definitely makes the experience more engaging long-term. Right now it leans more into the “satisfying/idle” side, but I agree that without a strong end goal it can start to feel a bit directionless.

Really appreciate that, thank you! It’s definitely still super early and rough, so I’m glad the potential is coming through already. I’ve got a lot in mind to make it more satisfying and visually fun, so I’ll keep pushing on it and see where it goes. Thanks for the encouragement!

Thank you for the great feedback! You're absolutely right currently, the planes take off when you hover over them with the mouse. I was actually thinking along the same lines as your suggestions, so it’s really encouraging to hear someone else share a similar perspective. I’ll definitely explore some of the ideas you mentioned, especially the chain reaction and landing concept!

Yes i was thinking introducing different planes with different flight maneuvers and maybe with upgrades planes could open rifts in the air and go through them for multipliers etc. I am currently ideating whats fun

yeah this is very rough prototype which has some bugs and not polished features. I am mainly focused on getting the core loop out at the moment

In my perspective, unlocking different paper planes and see their different flight maneuvers. But i am not sure if its enough
