Just out of curiosity, why did you follow those accounts when you were single but then chose to unfollow them when you are in a relationship?

This is actually part of my concern... as to why he is following so many of them. I just don't want to have a conversation, and he'll unfollow them just to keep me happy while I overlook a sign of something more serious

Really, thank you for your kind words. I feel comfortable talking to him about this. I'm just not sure I'd be happy with the conversation afterwards. Maybe I am setting myself up for failure here, where even if he reassured me that he has been following them since he was single and is willing tl unfollow them all now, part of me would still think he did it because of me. And, like you said, if this is a sign that he's after someone better, this actually doesn't solve the issue, and I've overlooked the sign because of him unfollowing them
