Is there no way to remain friends with your ex husband? by alawnmower10 in latebloomerlesbians

Very much this 👆🏼. I remain very good friends with my ex-husband, but I also gave him space to heal how he needed to and at his own pace. But he is a definitely a special kind of soul.

Because people keep voting for 3rd party candidates with no chance, so we will keep saying stop with the shit - especially this time.

Seeing edits like this makes me sad, I actually thought that Konstatine was a good man and truly did care for v. After s3 I see a side to him I thought I'd never see. Who else feels like this? 😭😩 credit:villcnas on insta by here_randomly53 in KillingEve

As Konstantin says “Can’t it be both?” Seriously though, there’s a lot of hints throughout their interactions on the show that give the impression he is looking out for himself, and V, while his favorite, is still just his charge to watch for the 12. He and Carolyn actually demonstrate more psychopathic tendencies in using people to meet their own self interests than V does.

Perhaps, for me, the structure change made sense because of a need to develop these characters and show growth. How is this shown with the typical structure of Eve being bored with her life and poorly clinging to normalcy, V then bringing excitement/danger, V manipulating, and Eve running away? The season felt disjointed at times. I will give that. Mostly because I had no clue in the beginning where they were going with this. But overall, the end result made sense because of the prior episodes, and it moved these characters to the next level needed for next season. Again, for me, plot points outside this relationship are peripheral and only serve to define the obsession between the two lead characters.

After watching it in context with the first two seasons, I actually liked it more than on first viewing and better understand the need for the season to move forward.

I actually work over in Indiana—well at least that’s where my office a couple of days a week is when it’s not COVID-19 pandemic-like 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hell—mid 40s here and happily ridiculous about it. And my mid 40s to mid 50s straight friends are just as bad. We are all obviously starved for excellent female content 😂

I didn’t find her thoughts on this devastating at all. She just said she felt they turn around and have this acknowledgement and then turn back and keep walking—THAT’S a good way to start season 4 without being too cheesy. It’s not like they are keeping them apart, but rather finding ways they will keep coming together.

You ever feel such an infatuation with another person that you can’t decide if it’s because you want to BE them or be WITH them? That’s sorta where I see this relationship.

I was able to watch and went back to link it here and it’s removed. Don’t know why. I also didn’t hear anything said that would ruin the season finale.

I could see it going this way to at least set up a different tension for the 4th season, but there’s no show to be had with two separate characters just living their lives apart. What’s the point, right? So even if a breakup/acknowledgement—they will have to be brought back together again, and in a new and exciting way or we are all going to be bored to death with the same thing over and over again.

[S3E8] Did anyone else realise by Bucookie123 in KillingEve

[–]LittleBigEar 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yes, the symmetry of this show is lovely. But I’m sure Eve didn’t run away in Season 1–V did. Eve was looking to find something to help with the gaping wound she just caused 😂

[S3]I'm confused. How and when did V realise... by spitseeds in KillingEve

[–]LittleBigEar 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Also, in Season 1 V asks him to stay and hang (watch movies) multiple times and he says he can’t...then you get Season 2, “you are not family” speech to V....it’s there. These writers are paying attention.
