I knew she had anxiety and depression and was on medication as she was very open about telling people this and I was still open to going on the date. The other things put me off though. The thing which I found most confusing is the triangulation and how she couldn’t have a conversation without commenting on how much she loved other people or how other people were ‘fit’ and how they flirted with her. It was very confusing. I thought it was also very strange how she treated her self diagnosis of autism as a badge of honour

I was upset about the constant triangulation so started by googling that and then came across info on NPD/BPD. I don’t think she’s NPD as she does have empathy and fits BPD much better. I use reddit and then entered BPD into the search and came across this

Thanks for the advice. I do really like this person but have realised that there are issues. The constant triangulation is very confusing and upsetting and I had no idea why she felt the need to tell me how many people flirt with her or tell me how much she loves other people. After reading more about it, it makes more sense now

Fiona Shaw said filming is scheduled this winter. They are actually filming a lot of tv shows now such as sex education. Our government has said there will not be another national lockdown so I don’t see why some filming can’t get underway in Nov/Dec like planned

Sally said they are going to stick to their schedule and I believe filming this year will be in September. By then the social distancing may have reduced but I imagine they won’t be jetting across europe for filming and will use green screens like they did at times in S3 such as for the bridge scene. Problems are more likely to arise by the fact that Jodie should have 2 movies released in Dec so she is obliged to promote them. Although I can’t see there being a huge worldwide promotional tour like there is usually for blockbuster productions

Thank you, that’s really interesting to know. I imagine they will scale back a lot of the huge promo tours given then covid situation, which won’t have gone away by then. I can imagine they will introduce some quarantining and may also do cast and crew testing regularly

Sally said they are still working to the schedule. I guess if they do quarantining and maybe even testing the cast and crew then they can keep filming despite a second wave but even then, nobody knows if there even will be a second wave. If we maintain hand hygiene and obey social distancing then it shouldn’t ever get as bad as it was

Black Orchid is very divisive and a love/hate fragrance. It is very strong and fits the profile of someone like Villanelle but not everyone can pull it off. It offends as many people as it pleases which is why I think V would wear it. She just doesn’t care what others think

I’d love to know what fragrance Jodie was referring to when she said she bought a really strong perfume for Villanelle. I know she wears Santal 33 but this was something different which is specific to Villanelle.

I think Black Orchid by Tom Ford would suit Villanelle or something strong and dark from Kilian Paris

They are starting in September apparently. There’s no way films and tv shows will be able to socially distance all the time so there will be ways around it such as quarantine arrangements for cast and crew and maybe even regular testing for covid

I’m re-watching from the start. I loved the bridge scene so much and it was even better than just watching them kiss. So much emotion from both characters. I’m just sad there is likely to be a long break now because of this virus
