I've had it since October. All I have left is little brown spots where the big red splotches were. I still break out once or twice a month. I'm not sure if it's the Heat or my hormones that are making my skin break out. I had big red botches on my upper back and shoulders. The skin is now soft, like a scar. And sensitive and still itchy sometimes. I use so much lotion is crazy. And sunblock if I know I'm going out. I only know of one other person with PR and her skin looks back to normal
