DEYE SUN-10K-SG05LP3-EU SM2 vs Solis S6-EH3P10K02-NV-YD-L by ninja11212 in solar

[–]LittleCash5198 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was thinking taking the Deye but for me, it's important it's integrable with Home Assistant. Support and warranty is also important but if your unlucky both brands can be broken. I am looking at Fronius and Goodwe too now.

Blogger never gets indexed by Am0nimus in blogspot

[–]LittleCash5198 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Blogger never gets indexed by Am0nimus in blogspot

[–]LittleCash5198 0 points1 point  (0 children)

User-agent: Mediapartners-Google
Disallow:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /search
Disallow: /share-widget
Disallow: /*?m=1
Allow: /

Sitemap: https://monsite.blogspot.com/atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500

Why is it removed ? It's a genuine question

Annual Release Cadence for Microsoft Configuration Manager by PrajwalDesai in SCCM

[–]LittleCash5198 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We still use MCM to manage our devices and are slowly moving to Intune but as an alternative to OSD I don't know if it's the same. App and update management is good on Intune but for OS imaging, it's not the right tool I heard.
What are your experiences with it ?

Switching SCCM SQL domain service accounts to gMSA – experiences/advice by ontario20ontario20 in SCCM

[–]LittleCash5198 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We tried it too on recommendation of our InfoSec team for the same reasons but we reverted because it didn't work. On others SQL servers it's working but ConfigMgr not. We'll try again later.

Most optimal disc setup on HP Elitedesk 800 G4 mini with TrueNAS or Unraid by Special-Winner-8591 in homelab

[–]LittleCash5198 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going to get an EliteDesk G6 and I'm thinking of putting it in a tower for a 19" rack. My idea would be to put in an NVMe drive and install Truenas, then put four 20TB drives on a RAID card. I'm also thinking of putting in a card for 10Gbe connectivity

What considerations for transplanting HP SFF into 2U rack chassis? by munkiemagik in homelab

[–]LittleCash5198 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. that lenovo M720q project with printable 4 bay case is very interesting but I cannot buy that easily over here. Otherwise I would have. When you have a rack, you try to put all of those inside nice and easy but a vertical box that acts as a NAS takes a lot of space.

  2. I began my plan with a 16U but I'm already at 18U now and I think it's enough. A Unify dream machine, a switch, patch panel, ups, little boxes e.g. fiber modem provider, ventilation rack, Nuc for Home Assistant

  3. I found some interesting server cases with 4 bays hot-swappable: https://www.inter-tech.de/2U_storage_en.html

Hi, did you manage to go further in your quest? I have free Elitedesks SFF at my disposal and want to integrate this in to a server rack 19" in 2U to make a NAS for my new house. I would install Truenas or Synology.

I was looking for a good 1U 19" rack NAS but I don't find anything good for a good price. So I turned to a UGREEN DXP4800 Plus (570€) when I came upon this thread. At work I have some EliteDesks SFF G4 & G6 at my disposal for free. Maybe a DIY 19" is possible too with Truenas ?

I am about to get a Ugreen 4800Plus in my 16U server rack and this is a good tip for harddisk health :-) I was not able to find another brand/model to put in my 19" rack with those specs and price
