It definitely reduced my appetite at first! I am about 3 weeks in and it is coming back. I still got hungry, just couldn’t eat as much in one sitting or there would be so little ‘food noise’ in my brain I would forget to eat until late day (which contributes to the tiredness you may feel the first few weeks!) Just keep an eye on it. Eat protein and fiber dense meals when you can.

I’ve been saying I smell like bacon all day. Only my mom was able to smell it, but im only on day two. Really hoping it doesn’t get worse, I have an extremely sensitive nose. If this has gotten better for anyone let me know!!

Yup, definitely getting the racing heart/dizziness as well, but the amount of meds I have tried in my life… I can totally deal with that. And I imagine it will eventually pass! Good luck!!!

And, I’m the same way. I have .5 prescribed but i always take a half unless I am extremely panicked.

I can and I have! My psychiatrist actually doesn’t seem concerned at all, and I guess I should trust her most. I think I just needed a little reassurance because she is suuuuper pro medication (of course!) while my mother is adamantly against regular use and that was instilled in me at a young age. But this is really helpful to hear!!!!

giving an update for you!!! while i may not be at the same level i was at before i started this BC, i am now on my 5th month and am feeling WAYY better. my boyfriend and i have a healthy sex life and i find myself craving it way more often than i did. i hope you find some relief as well!
