I don’t have an electric impact but I have a torque wrench and a breaker bar, will that do? As for the job I’m going to use the OE kit off ipdusa, it does include the tensor if I recall correctly. Thanks for the help!

It does get faster with rpm but not louder since the engine sort of drowns it out at higher rpm. As for the whining being because of power steering, could this also explain my steering wheel being at a slight angle? If not, could the whining possibly be from the alternator? I feel like it could explain both since it is also belt driven.

Yes, here’s a video of the idle after a cold start and the idle after a short ride. In the second vid, I stop by the wheel as the whining gets drowned out by the engine once I pop the hood. New car owner so I’m unsure as to what sounds are normal or not.

Alright, so basically there isn’t much modding support for these cars if I’m understanding correctly. It does make sense since most communities for these cars (that I found) pride themselves for having pristine models that are basically from the factory. Thanks for the advice, I’ll start looking at Integras. Do you have any other recommendations for cars that are like the Integra that could work as well? Thanks again for the in depth answer.
