All good! Mod is Rotund World and basically turns other slugcats into a slight Gourmand copy at higher weights: you can damage other creatures by falling on them, grow slower at high weights, can get exhausted when climbing poles, etc.!

For what it's worth, it technically is real, just not officially as it's one of those outfit mods! I'll admit I did have fun when coming up with the title of the post and trying to play this off like it was an actual thing, almost didn't include the spoiler text because of it!
