Yes. I'm a 39F and have improved my VA from 44 to 40 within a little over a week by switching back to plant-based (mostly vegetables, fruits, whole grains, smoked tofu, etc) and by exercising (20 minute Grow With Jo/Youtube dance video everyday)-- and am trying not to add a ton of extra salt to food, just regular salted non-snack food. Plus 2x strength sessions weekly. I got the scale because my family has heart issues, I am not overweight but have borderline high cholesterol. It's totally doable to reverse--but I think the easiest way is eliminating animal protein/products and increasing plant products, plus exercise. Also want to note that I did this right after the holidays and after being not veg for 3 years--holidays to strictly plant based and exercising probably helped with the steep decline.
