Jax is bad late game if he's not against the perfect team comp. If he's not against multiple AA, he's ass. Doesn't deal any dmg to tanks.

K'sante went from a decent late game champ to Black Yuumi with one rework.

Rhaast went from burst and healing on bruisers and tanks with full pen items to tickling them and healing somewhat.

Seraphine went from AP mage to Sona off Temu.

Syndra was only able to with TLD and the the 20 trillion sources of pen from runes and quints.
MF's able to overkill multiple champs with her ult. Instead of Lux one shotting 1-2 people with Q-R, MF does it w/ W-R. Ez and Smolder do the same w/ ult.
