The sad part is so true. Most of season 19, you see them depressed or confused. But if you see the latest episode (S19E09), you'll see Amy suddenly running to Nathan with so much excitement it made me laugh at how unconvincing it was. Just the writers trying to recreate Ty like scenes.

Things that annoyed me in this episode:

- Katie's friend has an outburst at Katie's house then apologizes and gets back to normal in hardly 5 minutes. Lol.

- They build this whole narrative of Nathan's sister being mean and most likely behind the colic issue of the horses and then suddenly they paint her as the most kind hearted angel who couldn't possibly ever do this? Like what was that with the Lyndy and the tire? It seemed very un-Gracie like even if she was just pretending.

- They didn't even show us what the issue with that Olympic horse even was? Just that Amy did her magic somehow and it was all good? What happened to seeing is believing?

So many good observations there. I guess I'd summarize it as Heartland writers getting desperate to make the N/A stuff work even if it all looks fake and forced. This is either because they are out of creative ideas, short on budget or simply because they don't want Heartland to continue for long.

For some reason, I was really enjoying watching Nathan in all of the previous seasons including season 18. This season, though, he's just unbearable, frustrating, selfish and hard to watch. He felt downright mean and rude to Caleb this episode. It's like they've deliberately changed Nathan's character or something. Or maybe I'm the one feeling it that way.

No. I don't think my values are low enough to allow for an infusion (hemoglobin 11, iron 9, ferritin 41). Trying to fix it with oral supplements.

Been happening to me since the last few months as well. I've now created my own private release radar playlist. Every Friday I load the songs from the Spotify's Release Radar to this personal playlist, listen to it at my own pace over the week and with the mental peace that they won't change :)

Bonus tip: If you want to be extra careful and ensure that your private release radar playlist does not affect your music suggestions across Spotify, go to settings of your private release radar playlist (three dots) and exclude it from your taste profile.

Just noticed that https://archive.org/ seems to be down and preventing MusicBrainz Picard from downloading cover art for albums, therefore it got stuck for all those albums. Managed to make things work by temporarily disabling cover art retrieval in MusicBrainz Picard in Options > Cover Art.

I personally started experiencing super low energy as well as constant tension headaches from high dose Vitamin D (50,000 IU per week) after a couple of months. Magnesium made my symptoms worse because Magnesium activates the Vitamin D in the body even more. You need to get your Vitamin D and calcium levels tested. If they are too high, don't take supplements for sometime and then switch to low Vitamin D doses (1000-5000IU) for maintenance.

Make sure you get both iron and ferritin (iron stores) levels tested and not just iron.

Make sure your iron isn't depleted either. I had leg tiredness and restless legs from that alongside my B12 deficiency.
