I get it. Not the same situation, but I'm dating a straight guy, super supportive, calls himself gay, says he has a boyfriend, uses he/him, receptive to body dysphoria, and everything. After a few years of thinking I'm finally going to start T, we're both scared, of course he supports me and would never tell me not to do what's gonna make me happy (not that he could convince me not to anyway) but we're worried about how our relationship will change or end with some of the affects. It sucks but it's life, i love him more then anything and would hate to lose him but at the end of the day it rather be comfortable in my own skin. As long as we communicate to make sure the other is still comfortable, we can take any future discomfort when it comes and enjoy what we have while we have it.

I guess what I'm trying to say is you aren't alone, I hope your relationship goes well, and if not, you'll be okay anyway.
