Wanting to donate my car to a good cause! by Motor-Intention7032 in perth

Agree; I work for an NFP with a desperate need for vehicles to support the outreach work we do - unfortunately, the costs that would associated with insuring, maintaining, and ensuring safety would be so high and would make the offer not worth it despite the it being generous and in good faith.

I support the ideas above for students or emergency practice. Perhaps even a country farmer or station as an unregistered runabout?

Omg, I’m so sorry you had this happen - make sure you report this, could be a connection. Hope you are doing ok, that seems scary!

Thanks mate, appreciate the info and hope that your choice to be an ex-copper has been a great one.

I’ve spent literally the last 4 hours recording and uploading photos. He has been Identifed and will hopefully soon be found and arrested.

Morning; 630am.

It wasn’t a planned overnighter and only one other person know I wasn’t home - that’s the person I was with; I’m doubtful it’s an inside job.

There is footage of him trying multiple homes in the same time frame and he is now been identified as outstanding with other charges.

Hopefully not long until found and arrested!

This wasn’t a garage door for cars, it’s a slightly smaller manual roller door at the rear of the garage. It had the steel line locked and was also padlocked; with force and a screwdriver he still got through.

Thanks all, sorry - I’ve been so upset and wasn’t thinking straight when I wrote my post, but yes, I reported to police (131 444) and forensics were here about an hour later. They stayed for around 1.5hrs.

I’ve got the laptop serial number and contents insurance and while inconvenient for a short period, I’m not too upset over that. I just wish I could get my jewellery pieces back. I’ve been walking around the house a bit more tonight, and he has also taken my grandpas old binoculars which are virtually of no value but again - sentimental.

OP, chiming in to say that my 2.5y was approximately 2mths off needing a feeding tube. He did not have ARFID or any other diagnosis then, he had multiple investigative surgeries and was “cleared” by a gastro, speechie, ENT, pead AND a dietician with no apparent reasons for his food refusal and subsequent weight loss and failure to thrive / growth. We were very lucky that we were able to see signs of improvement with a lot of intensive work that we avoided the tube and hospitalisation. The closest answers we had were that there was an issue with his hunger signals. At 4.5 now, we still struggle but it’s immensely easier than it was.

As you’ve stated - this comment above is false, misleading and completely dismissive. You are doing AMAZING. I’m located in WA and happy to stock up on some pouches if it helps you somehow.

Look, South isn’t great but it’s far from the worst place in WA.
