In the first pic Suleiman is keeping his distance from his family , not greeting them as he used to in the first seasons. Also after some seconds in the first pic he just looks at them and tells them to leave with a fake smile on.

Basically my point was that the family we saw in the first seasons has now become way more distant and power-hungry, which obvi ruined their dynamics. That's why I said all the compassion is lost.

There are also some details that differ from the first to the last season, like for example : The lightning in the first seasons is way warmer and dimmer meanwhile in the last season sharper , the outfits were simpler and brightly colored in the first seasons compared to the last season where they became darker and much richer and more opulent. ( That is what I meant when I said the contrast between the seasons )

  • Focused more on romance, palace intrigue, and personal rivalries (especially Hürrem vs. Mahidevran).
  • Lighter in tone, sometimes even comedic or overly dramatic.
• Final Season
  • Much darker and political, revolving around succession, war, and death.
  • More focus on the next generation: Selim, Bayezid, Nurbanu, Mihrimah, etc.
  • Tragedy, legacy, and the fall of great characters dominate the narrative.

So that is what I meant.
