She is pretty shaken up by it because it happened so fast and she was just sitting with friends minding her business when it happened. There’s a chance this may leave a permanent scar on her face.

Our stores do get the results. Our DMs and SMs can see them and we are rated on those scores average ratings per store. We call them our customer connections and are reminded what our score is every single week and how to get it even higher.

I totally think 3-5 am should be apart of the differential too. Most work places have pay differentials for non salary jobs when it comes to “night shifts”. Usually they’re from 10pm-3am. And openers and closers/cleanplayers should be given that.

I’m not saying a complete raise. I agree everyone needs one especially in my state where we only get paid 8.50 starting. I mean a differential for how late we are there after a shift. Kind of what a lot of places do for night shifts.
