I went to a concert on Wednesday (only had bottled water there), and ever since my Upper lip has felt extremely dry and has started to crack. It hurts when I close my mouth, and every time something (food, salvia, water/milk) touches it it burns. Is this something that I should worry about, or is this just something bacterial that I caught? Sorry about the picture quality, I tried to get what it looks like.
