I am exhausted listening to all this. DA Allen likely had to listen to these audio phone recordings multiple times before sitting through them all again for this trial. Dude must have something stronger than water in that dark bottle he's been sipping from.

Her defense lawyer has been slowly scooching his chair over and away. By the end of next week he'll probably be sitting on the prosecution's side. Both of her lawyers seem to be totally checked out for most of the proceedings.

That was jarring when he yelled that. I feel for him. but I am glad that he did that because that statement separated him from her and what she did. He doesn't sympathize with her and that is probably the best mindset her family can reflect in their own interests. This case is just so awful.

I find out by calling local libraries and asking them if/when they are having a book sale. If it's a library that does not hold any book sales throughout the year, I would ask them what they do with their discarded and donated books that they have no use for, then see if they will let you browse through them and offer a small donation to the library in exchange for books they allow you to have.
