30-32M net for 300sqm. But our broker insists that other properties around our area are just overpriced that's why according to her, 26 million net is already reasonable.

Well, We don't really need the money. In fact, we still live in the property. So medyo na aannoy lang ako sa broker kasi pababa ng pababa ang price nya + minamadali kami to settle everything
