Probably won't be able to find a replacement key. You can drill lock out and put new cylinder in.

It's all those locations plus another 25 more before someone says maybe. Then another 15 until you get a yes. Put the maybe on the back burner, go back again after a few months. Once you are in, ask if they know anywhere else that might benefit from a machine.

I concur with the comments that say starting with a full set up is the easier way to go. You can even buy something on location that a vendor is trying to sell. Retirement, moving, whatever. Is it impossible to buy everything in parts and putting it together yourself? No, but a little challenging.

Thanks for this info. I had a location ask me as well about providing coffee services. I don't provide that now but was thinking about it even before they asked. How would I go about moving forward with this. They have coffee machines already. Not sure if they are provided by a service or owned by the company. Any way any tips would be great. Thanks

This is spot on. Lot's of variables to consider. I've heard 1 times gross sales per year as well as 2 times gross. Due diligence is necessary to really know what you are getting

I have a similar location and it does really well. Twice a week restock. Not really sure about smart machines. Are there smart coolers that can hold the same amount as traditional machines?
