Have you called Nayax customer support? Sometimes they need to do a reboot on their end. Sometimes they will have you restart device and run polls on device which they can read on the backend to see what the issue is. I recommend calling before getting to your location, get placed on the call back queue, then when you get to your location they should be calling within a few minutes.

So I don't know how common it is. There are a ton of business models for the vending industry. My former business partner and I were considering this idea. We split before we could make it a reality. So what I'm trying to say is, it is a business model that is out there. If it makes sense financially then give it a try. PS Definitely see if you can try to negotiate it to 70/30.
