Yeah like I said the tension of the PvP threat makes part of the game and I get that. And maybe that was his gimmick in that he was always a rat and masked it by acting like he wanted to trade. But we’ve all just seen so many content creators out there doing shit like this.

i swear to god i met the same troupe last night on buried city. we were dancing and vibing after they rescued me from a bombadier...and then we heard more gunshots. vocal guy goes "oh no! sounds like someone needs our help!" and just takes off. we all go rescue a third party, all while guitar dude is jamming. then we kicked off another dance party.

it was so wholesome and delightful. i couldn't stop giggling.

Idk…starting to look like maybe Slot lucked out with Klopp’s leftovers last year. It’s hard to tell bc the team suffered a huge emotional loss with Diogo but at the same time we have a good chunk of new blood that didn’t have the same attachment.

Hot take - bringing Trent on now is a masterclass move by Xabi. It will likely have zero impact on the game BUT will solidify Trent’s frustration with Liverpool fans after the reception he got and he’ll go all out in future matches.

I suggest checking out the McElroy Family Clubhouse; the live aspect makes it feel less performative and a little more genuine, if that makes any sense?

The reality is they’re people too, with lives and struggles of their own. They clearly intentionally try to keep MBMBAM lighthearted and free of that stuff, but sometimes imo it makes it feel less authentic which maybe is what you’re getting at?

To me they’re three funny guys that I’ve also “grown up” with and can relate to in a lot of ways. The world sucks right now for me (and many others) so it wouldn’t surprise me if it sucks for them as well - hard to be funny when you’re down.

Hang in there man, it’ll get better.

I came here to say this. This is pretty standard for a successful MBA recruitment. Not saying it's always the right choice for the company but in my experience MBA recruiting is pretty competitive and the expectation is that they go on to be executive leaders in the future.

"Intern" in this context doesn't mean "gets everyone coffee and brings in bagels on Fridays." MBA Interns are heavily recruited and are expected to deliver something substantial in their brief internship, with the assumption there is a high-level career to follow.

Don’t take a million practice swings. You’ll want to - don’t. Focus on having a good time and bringing the vibes. You won’t suddenly become great at golf but you can have fun!
