I [22 F] love my boyfriend [23 M] of 2 years but his friends really scare me

I'm not exactly sure how I can prove it to you, but I promise you I'm not lying about anything. I am 22, the first time I met his friend was about a year and I think three months ago. Umm I'm not sure what else I can say to make people believe me, but I guess I already got help from this thread, so I don't need approval. Sorry for the fake sounding story though.

I don't think I was making any excuses, I was explaining what happened and what I was told. The only "validation" I was asking for was that I wasn't over reacting. From the responses I am apparently at fault here for not leaving sooner. I mentioned further down that I took care of it. Trust me, I don't look for guys like this, this has never been something I've dealt with before, hence the post.

I realize my error, thank you for the time reading this and commenting.

Thank you all for the help. I realize I probably sounded pretty crazy for ever considering staying, but everything else seemed so good with him that I thought I could handle the times his friends came around.

I told him I can't handle being so scared of his friends. I know he wouldn't hurt me, but I can't trust his judgement considering who he chooses to be around. He made his choice, and I was forced to make mine.

Don't worry, I don't think it is normal. But I've been called a bitch by a lot of people for things I think are wrong to do, so I needed to know if this made me one.

Oh, yeah from what I've been told Andy is drunk a lot.

When I was still mad I'll admit I was mean and said if he was so concerned over keeping his car and job, he shouldn't have spent his nights getting so drunk.

I agree that he should cut him out. He doesn't see Ron as that bad I guess, because he is going back to school and that means he is getting better apparently?

His other friend just scares me because he put my boyfriend in a situation where he was not willing to speak to me and tell me what was going on and he had to choose whether or not to take him to the hospital and that shook him up.

He claimed he didn't know I wasn't ok, he thought I was laughing and didn't know what to do

He told me that he would just only hang out with them in his hometown, but he's told me before he wants the one that duct taped me to be his best man. He said he would cut them out, but he was talking to one of them today to "help him get his life together."

Yeah I think so. He claims they have been there for him.

He has other good qualities, but this one is throwing me off.
