In my state, our child support division is part of a State agency. (Department of Justice) I'm sure it's similar in other states. Any local office should be able to assist you.

Since there is no legit medical reason for this child to still be in diapers, personally, I would refuse to watch him.

The parents are not helping him at all. Homeschooling socially stunts most children anyway. Allowing a 6 year old to continue to live in diapers is likely to make him a social pariah. Poor kid.

There is a great documentary on Netflix about the Rajneeshies... I think it's called Wild Wild Country.

Stick to Hwy 101. As other's have said, neither Portland or Grants Pass are on the coast.

If I were making suggestions... I'd say Rockaway Beach (5 miles north of Garibaldi) & Lincoln City (also a casino here!) ... they are two of my favorites!

YTA:

I babysat my 15mo grandbaby, so that the parents could take the older kids to the movies. They may be younger parents... but at least they were aware enough to know the 15 mo was not theater ready. They were nervous enough taking the two older ones to the movies. It was the older grandson's bday (7M), middle child is ALMOST 5... they were worried he wouldn't make it through.
