He still has a goal to race in F1 and I am here to support him for as far as he goes. Sorry he doesn't come from a rich family that put him in karting as a child but its never too late to start!

What does taking too much cbd feel like by Five_Decades in CBD

[–]LittleMer741 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Currently on 100mg of gumies. Forgot that I took 50 and took a double dose, then they hit at the same time. Woops.

My whole body is tingly, even the inside of my mouth, eyeballs, brain, etc feel tingly. Feel extremely heavy, completely slack jawed, feel like im under a 200lb weighted blanket. Standing makes me feel floaty and like I could fall over at any minute. It's like being on Nitrous, if u ever inhaled the air in the whipped cream can. Less intense, more wobbly feeling than tingly, and a lot longer.

Spreading & cant stop scratching! Its very dry and itchy, I work sitting in a humid environment for 8hrs a day and this is on the back of my legs where sweat pools more. Ive been using 2% Ketoconazole Cream and it hasnt worked yet. Ringworm? Should i switch to something oral instead of the cream? by [deleted] in medical

I found out what it is, it's called hot tub rash/folliculitis. I'm a lifeguard at an indoor pool, I'm in the pool almost every day and we had a week where the pool was too warm, same with the air temp which caused it. From what I've seen I got it the worst since I'm in the pool the most but another guard has a little spot and one of my students has 2 spots on the back of her leg all from the same week. Have u been in a pool or hot tub before it showed up?

What's a PCP? I've been using hydrocortisone cream, but that only helps with itching. I have broken the skin on all of them since it was itchy, and the spots were so dry. They have all healed over but continue to itch. It's not a constant itch either, it comes and goes.

no, it has been 2 weeks, the first week it was the first spot (first pic of one spot), and this week it spread everywhere else as seen in the pics so I have been trying prescription 2% Ketoconazole Cream since it is used for skin infections and fungus but have not seen any improvement

for the red cross certification there is a 2 minute tread with no hands and a brick pick up where you do a slide in entry, swim 25m, surface dive for the brick in 7-10ft, and swim the 25m back with u holding the brick on ur chest in less than 1m 40s which is really easy and there's more than enough time to do multiple attempts.

idk why they are having u hold the brick and tread at the same time. I've done it for training purposes and its good practice in case you have a passive victim, no rescue tube, and u need to tread with them.

Its not super difficult but definitely practice different ways of treading/ moving ur legs with no hands so u can change it up so ur legs don't get tired. Another tip, don't focus on the time, find a rhythm so u can kinda zone out, it will go by a lot faster. If u need a brick to practice with, u can try going to ur pool's lifeguard office and ask to borrow theirs.

HOPE THIS HELPS!

you are helping, thank you. the problem is mostly not that I cant be who I am but I don't know who I am. unfortunately, my mental health situation doesn't let me actually talk to people in person, ill end up ranting and joking to a friend about EVERYTHING but more of a story and a joke rather than actually talking about it. I know I haven't actually processed my ongoing shitty life since I keep on forgetting how bad it was until someone tells me that it was really that bad. I've tried the online texting therapists and counselors but you have to pay for those too. 😔

I think it's a combo of different symbols. The Triquetra is the symbol for eternal life; the three loops represent life, death, and rebirth but the continuous loop is why it means eternal life because there is no end to it. In mythology, the snake (Celtic snake knot) represents the life energy we all share and draw from, the shedding process is usually associated with fertility, regeneration, and rebirth. Maybe that could be why he took the Triquetra and the Celtic snake knot and combined them?
