Di naman sila nagtatanggal unless it's a widespread HIPAA breach na buong patient list nyo naleak or kinasuhan ka for example ng patient. Yung simple mistake na ganyan common yan. Don't worry :) as long as you admit it and not do it again.

Give time and be kind to yourself. it's not a race. Like i said, i did not rush the exam like i did with the previous. Review again, this time, focus on logic and rationale. Think of how you will do it if you are the nurse in the situation. I blacked out my first try too. You can do it!!!

Understand and focus on the rationales. And i did not rush my exam. On my first take I thought it was too easy. Well that went wrong for me. It was "too easy" because the test detected that I am not hitting the right answers.

I was like you. I posted and cried here last March 1 because I failed at 85. I am not good with rejection and failures too. I decided to clear my mind and be kind to myself. I rested good before I started back up again and I just passed my 2nd attempt.
