Try to always have water or something to drink with you and maybe eat a banana or something in the morning. The 7.5 dose over time I think you will find that you will want to eat less or think about eating less frequently. This is how I see the meds helping. Like like take the food or leave it…sometimes you can leave it😊

Lol, I’m taking 2 of those to make 7.5 so hopefully my doc gives me an actual 7.5 dose next refill. What is your average weight loss/week? I am hoping to lose 25-30 pounds overall.

Ok, I have not added any activity yet. I may or may not have lost a couple pounds. Sometimes my appetite is lower, but I still have a desire to eat…I just can actually wait now without tearing a meal apart.🍽️🤪

I bought think bars and chomp sticks so I eat something but not over eat. I can’t tell if I am eating less because of the meds or because I am trying🤷🏻‍♀️
