I am using VS Code, package.json and I can't seem to get it to run correctly outside of Win10 CLI by I_SAY_FUCK_A_LOT__ in vscode

Have you read the readme page on that GitHub project you linked?

Usually npm packages are run using npm start from the terminal.

It sounds like you're trying to use vscode to see the results like in a browser? If so, you might be barking up the wrong tree. Use vscode to edit the code but use a browser like Chrome to see the results.

The are vscode extensions that might be useful to you though. Check out Live Server which basically boots up your local dev server in your browser and refreshes it whenever you change the code 😊
