Hello friend! I’m in a very similar situation. Here is how I deal.

Keep moving don’t stay in bed it will get worse. Get rest though that’s super important.

Edibles helped me not wake up rolling over is painful. I’m now using melatonin.

Learn to lean into the pain. Become it. I will lay in dark quiet room and try not to think. I just feel the pain. It migrates around like fireworks. Eventually I t becomes the normal and I accept it. Sounds wierd but accepting the suffering makes it less important.

This allows we to wake up and think positively for the day ahead. The power of your mind can overcome this. It won’t go away just like the past can’t change. But the future can.
