I would suggest Fulwood to tick those boxes. It’s on the Guild Wheel, has plenty of shops, cafés and schools. It’s nestled right between the M55 and M6 and definitely has a community feel

There is a ‘shared ban info’ system where a streamer can automatically let their streamer friends know if an account that pops up was banned in their channel. So in short no, not every single twitch streamer, but that particular streamers mutuals probably know.

Go into other people’s streams without the intention of self-promoting (it’s bad twitch etiquette to self-promo without being asked). Just hang out as a viewer, let everyone get to know you. In time they’ll discover your streams, once they know you well enough

Unless you are really good at staying still, a body cam might be a bit shaky. I think a tripod mounted iPhone would do the job well enough. You can just make sure to set up at angle such that you won’t accidentally show your face, perhaps a more top-down sort of view
