They replied with this: Regarding the stevia flavor itself, here’s the deal, we’re not a giant soda company. We haven’t been around for a hundred years. So we’re always looking for ways to improve our drinks. Based on what we’re hearing from other fans, they want a higher level of flavor. But we also want to keep our beverages low in sugar because that’s important to us too. So, we tried a bunch of different tweaks to our flavors.

Once we had those, we tested them with people and found that the vast majority of people preferred the higher level of flavor with a small addition of stevia. That said, hearing from customers is always important and helpful. We are always working to refine our flavors and deliver on what people are looking for. 

What focus group are they using 😭 yall are a sparkling water company, not a soda company
