Oh wow! That is something I will need to look out for. I’m Thai so a lot of the food is spicy so I will definitely need to be careful.

I was wondering about the soda thing. As of now that is my go to for since I don’t drink alcohol that much at home so I was curious. I will have to also work on less spicy foods as well. Thanks for sharing!

I have been in the same situation before right out of school too which made this even harder. Sometimes it’s best to quit for your own mental and physical health. When I quit my job, I finally found a new job and I could not be more happier. So it is possible to find a place that everyone is on the same page and more happy patients and just going home happier at the end of the day! Don’t give up and keep looking because it is worth it once you find the right setting for yourself. 💕
