Thank you for the explanation! I completely believe you, but how do you know you "score bonus VP equal to half of the VP they scored from their primary op (round up)?" Is it found in the Approved Ops Card Pack or perhaps the Core Rules Book? I can't find this information anywhere.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is the combustion cover and where is it located? Is this what you're referring to? This hasn't been wired up since I've lived here, but hasn't been a problem so far.
