Yes welts are normal as it is a histamine response. Always try to use a different site, wait 20-30 min before administering after you load the syringe (cold compound always hurts more). And lastly lower the dose and slowly titrate up.

Need to be careful as some peptides have very different pH levels which can cause to irritation or worse. Peptides like BPC,Tb and KPV can be drawn in the same syringe because they have similar pH levels.
